Photoshop CC 20.0.1 on macbook 10.15.6  Catalina 'Save for Web' not working.

I saw similar post from Dec 2019 and first quarter of this year 2020 and there was no solution.

Please, any advice would be helpful. 

My project is time sensetive. My reputation for delivering is excellent, I can't let that drop. Please help
