Photoshop CC 2019 Set Brush Cursor Colour

Hi

I often loose the brush cursor - I have it set to show size, so it appears as a round circle. I would really love to be able to set the colour of the cursor outline, to a custom colour - is this possible?

Just tried googling, and noticed that lots of others experience the same issue:

I tried logging in multiple times on that site, with both GetSatisfcation, and Google, which both worked, but the 'Sign In To Post' button never changes.
