Hello,
two users got a new PC today. Both working on Windows 10 and working with Photoshop CC 2019 now.
When they save a graphic with a transition as a .jpg file out of Photoshop, the JPG is displayed wrong in Windows Explorer, even if the transition is displayed correctly in Photoshop. I attached two screenshots in order to explain my issue better.
First picture shows the original file in Photoshop before saving as jpg (=displayed correctly).
Second picture (on the top) shows how it should look like after saving as jpg. Worked on Windows 7 and Photoshop CC 2014.
Second picture (on the bottom) shows how it looks like after saving now.
Anybody an idea how to solve that?
Newest version s already installed, no updates available.
Best regards!

Hello, can we see the layers panel when the file is open in Photoshop. my guess is that there is transparency or a blending mode involved.

Hi,
I attached a screenshot of the layers panel when the file is opened in Photoshop.
Unfortunally the language is german, I hope you can deal with it.
