photoshop cc 2020 crash

Hi there,
I want some help with photoshop cc 2020 crashes. Recently i download color effex pro-2019 version plugin on my photoshop cc 2020, but when I open-color effex, my PS crashes every time.

Sorry to hear about Photoshop crashing. Please get in touch with the plugin manufacturer and see if it helps.

Also, try reinstalling Photoshop 2020 then the plugin and let us know how it goes.
