Hello all,

I'm a photographer using Photoshop CC to make few retouches and found image processor can be a pretty good tool to export all the images in one step but image processor gives me error as below:

I am unable to create a file in this folder. Please check your access rights to this location....

I'm using Windows 10

I made few troubleshooting like changing scratch disk partition and even reseting photoshop prefrences but still having the same error.

The message specifies a folders you created in Photoshop can not have a file create in it by you? Report the proble to Adobe of their site foer reporting bug.  https://feedback.photoshop.com/

However, I'm using Photoshop on Windows 10 and do not have an issue like you.  Are you sure the folder in the error message can be modify by your user ID. You have check its security settings. I have seem message form Photoshop like you getting that lack any file information.  Its impossible to know where Photoshop is trying to create some unknown file. Or know  what processing is being done if your using an Action or script when the error happens. The image processor is a script. What file is it creating? A log file an image file?

Same trouble here... Even starting Photoshop as user Administrator.
It happens aleatory, after working fine in some files.
Also, it seems a generic error, preventing PS of using ANY write function, as the Preferences file cannot be wrote after the error happens in the Image Processor.
