I woke up today, opened up Photoshop CC and realized that my Ultimate Retouch Panel extension is gone. I checked folder directories to make sure the software folder is still in the right location which it is. What happened and how do I fix it?
It is certainly the update. I just spent over an hour with a customer "support" agent. I suggested a version roll back (the fact that I had to be the one to suggest that is ridiculous) and sure enough once I did that, my Ultimate Retouch Panel appeared with no issues. Adobe will not accept responsibility however. There is no problem with my system. There's a problem with Photoshop.
