Photoshop CC20 ghost images left behind

Everytime I copy or drag an image in Photoshop a ghost image is left behind. Is anyone else having this issue?

I'm getting this issue as well. Extremely annoying.. not the start I was expecting returning to work in months.

This is happening to me, also. I can get the Ghost to disappear by hiding and then showing the Background layer. Doesn't work if there's no Background layer.

Some people with similar problems have reported that unchecking "Legacy Compositing" in the Preferences > Performance fixes it for them.
