A little while ago I was working on a proyect for my college and out of nowhere the application said that it has suddenly crashed. I resarted the app and when I got back in i saw some tools working differently and the whole application not moving so smoothly as it used to. The zoom tool works as if I was doing a selection area and then it zooms in but to deep and I cannot control it like before and the pen tool instead of looking blue as it used to now its like if it was with a negative effect on it. Also whenever I use the hand tool the workspace moves so slow (like lagging) and pixeleated. I have also uninstalled the app and re-installed it, but its still the same. I have also resarted my computer in case it was that and its still working like that.

suggest you try reset Photoshop’s preferences & see if it helps?

https://t.co/ulJI7cGn1G

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html

You may want to backup your settings beforehand:

https://t.co/4dX7gkr36D

https://helpx.adobe.com/in/photoshop/using/preset-migration.html

It may be time to reinstall photoshop. Use the Adobe CC cleaner tool to remove all traces first.

Uninstall photoshop BUT make sure to choose the option “Yes, remove app preference”.

Once that process finishes, start the installation process and look into the “Advanced Options”. Uncheck “Import previous settings and preferences” and choose to “Remove old versions”.

I hope this helps

if so, please "like" my reply and if you're OK now, please mark it as "correct", so that others who have similar issues can see the solution

thanks

Hi

To try and help you, we need some info about your system and set up. The easiset way to provide that is to go to Photoshop's Help >System Info and press the copy button. Then paste the info here.
