Photoshop Crashed when Selecting Neural FIlters

Photoshop 22.2.0 crashes when selecting a B&W photo and then selecting Filters-->Neural Filters.

Environment:

Intel Core I7-5820K, CPU@3.30GGHZ

16 GB Ram

Windows 10 Pro, 64 bit, V2004, OS Build 19041.746

I have never been able to get this to work without crashing.

Try converting to an RGB color format.

Adobe Support was able to get it to work by resetting my settings.
