Hi,

I hope some one can help me out on this.

Photoshop has been crashing my computer for the past few months. It usually starts with huge delays as I work in it. All programs then start to 'stutter' and eventually my computer shuts down. In terms of system, I work on MacOs Catalina, version 10.15.4. About the Creative Cloud license: it's a enterprise license.

Are there others who are also experiencing this problem?

Thank you for your help and support!

Best regards,

B

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about the performance issues with Photoshop, could you please let us know the version of Photoshop you're using?

Also, please go to the "System Preferences" of your Mac, then "Security and Privacy" and select the "Privacy tab". Once there, please select "Accessibility" from the list on the left and add Photoshop to the list by unlocking the window using the lock icon on the bottom left. Also, grant permissions to Photoshop under "Full disk access". Once done, restart the computer and let us know if that helps.

You may also try optimizing Photoshop's performance by following the steps mentioned here and let us know how it goes. https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/optimize-photoshop-cc-performance.html

Sahil
