Photoshop crashes when trying to open any PSD file

Just installed the latest release 22.3.0 and it crashes when I try to open any PSD file:

Tried to reset Performance Perferences but seeing a Program Error popup when I try to open that menu item.

Hi!

Have you tried turning off your Graphics Processor card? Photoshop>Preferences>Performance and unclick the Use Graphics Processor card, then restart Photoshop. If that fixes it, you need to look into compatibility issues with your card.
