Photoshop crashing during splash screen

Hi,

I've updated Photoshop to v22.3.1 and it keeps crashing during the splash screen with a crash report window, i've uninstalled/installed it again, checked every driver update, i've also deleted my current settings but nothing, it keeps crashing.

I've included the report to this message.
