Help! I purchased Creative cloud and Photoshop crashes every time, every version, immediately after it opens up (in about 1 minute after opening. I tried everything -reinstall, all three latest versions, etc. I am using Windows 10. Illustrator works perfectly. So doesn't InDesign. It is just Photoshop. I am ready to cancel subscription because all I really need is Photoshop.

How much RAM and spare disk capacity do you have?
Have you tried resetting the Photoshop preferences, which you can do under the General tab in Photoshop preferences?

I tried the last 3 versions of Photoshop 2021.  8 GB RAM with 7.89 usable GB. Windows 10 home. I would love to check out the Photoshop preferences, but it crashes after I install it. It installs, opens, stays open for about a minute (60 seconds), and then crashes, asks if I would like to send a report, and then automatically closes.

I have uninstalled many times and tried installing each of the last 3 versions. I tried uninstalling Creative Cloud and reinstalling. Photoshop keeps crashing. AI works fine, ID works fine. Not sure about the rest. I really only wanted Photoshop but purchased Creative Cloud.

Have you tried resetting the Photoshop preferences?

If you are still having issues try uninstalling Phototoshop, from the dropdown menu in the Creative Cloud app, and reintsalling it again. If that doesn't help, uninstall again and run Adobe Cleaner before reinstalling.
