Photoshop create a random dot when using brush + alt

Hi,

 

I'm using photoshop 2020 on a Microsoft Surface pro7. When I use brush tool + alt (eyedropper) sometime the photoshop lagged out and create a thich dot. Any solution to that?photoshop error.jpg
