Hello -
Recently I haven't been able to open any of my creative cloud files on my computer. I used my laptop at home to create the document, when I try to open the file on my work computer it will download and then nothing happens. I can open documents I created on my work computer just fine. It doesn't give me an error message either. My internet connection is good.
Any suggestions?

To remove the existing app installation & reinstall once done.
