In Windows 7, I could open .cr2 raw files in Photoshop CS5 from my Canon 5d markIII without problem, using Adobe Camera Raw 6.7.

In Windows 10, I have already run Adobe Camera Raw 12.3, and I still cannot opten .cr2 files in Photoshop CS5.

What can I do?

Thank you so much for your help...

Photoshop CS5 is compatible with ACR 6.7, EOS-5D Mark III requires ACT 7.1, so your claims seem strange.

Please see for yourself which version of Camera Raw supports a camera and which version of Photoshop is compatible with that ACR version:

Using the free DNG Converter would be an alternative.

You need to install camera raw 6.7 from here

https://supportdownloads.adobe.com/detail.jsp?ftpID=5373

You see whenever one does a new install of photoshop, it is the base version and needs to be updated

with updates released later.

You should also install an updated Adobe Application Manager so when you go to Help>Updates in photoshop

cs5 you get the 12.0.4 cs5 update among others.
