Photoshop CS6 not listed in programs and features

This is a weird one! So basically photoshop isn't showing up in programs and features, and as a result I can not uninstall it. I've tried several uninstaller programs including IObit uninstaller to see if they could do the job, but they also could not seem to locate the program. I've gone into command prompt so see if it would show up in the program list there and it wasn't showing there either.

I can still use photoshop just fine, there's no crashes or bugs or anything along those lines, I simply wanted to use an Anastasiy plug in in and nothing was allowing me to use it in photoshop. I assumed CS6 extension manager, ZXP installer, and Anastasiy extention manager were having the same issue of not being able to locate the program and thus werent allowing me to use it.|

Another thing to note is I've had this issue before with my previous computer, and I ended up factory restoring it to get it off of there, and I really do not want to have to resort to that again. Another thing to note is that photoshop both times my path to my photoshop folder has been
"C:/Program files (x86)/Photoshop CS6" instead of "C:/Program files (x86)/Adobe/Photoshop CS6" and I was wondering if that could be an issue. I dont see why it could be, but I'm at a total and utter loss as to what's happening.
