Photoshop CS6 not printing from the Canon pro using the File> Automate menu

Hi,  i am running ps cs6 on win 8.1, 16 gb, i5. my printer is canon pixma pro 1 . untill 2 weeks ago i was happily printing images edited in cs6 on my printer via  file>automate.> pro 1.   now i find that my images dont export to the printer software even though the canon software opens.  all i see is a blank white page and no thumbnail

i have downloaded the latest printer software without any success  

 

i would appreciate any help to resolve this problem  many thanks p.k

Sorry that you're unable to print from your Canon Pixma Pro 1 while using Photoshop CS6 from the File>Automate menu.

 

Are you able to print images from Photoshop using the File> Print menu? 

 

Please refer these set of  troubleshooting steps that will help you resolve general printing problems in Adobe Photoshop. Refer Troubleshoot Photoshop printing problems

Hello Akash, yes i can print from photoshop vai print.
Also i have a software which automatically prints out a nozzle check every
ten days and this was able to print with canon pro 1.
so i dont understand why an image in cs6 is not seen print studio pro
software [ canon's]
i would appreciate any help you can offer. many thanks pheroze

thanks. i did prior to contacting adobe. they suggested i download a fresh
copy of psp which i did to no avail. they also suggested i contact adobe.
so i have come full circle pk
