I've moved all my apps and files to a new lap top (used pcmover) and cannot open photoshop on the new laptop - it opens briefly then just dispapears.

I cannot reinstall from original disk as new latop has no drive

You need to install Photoshop on that machine so it will be configured into the system and be operational.  Having all of Photoshop files on your machine does not mean the Photoshop will  work on that machine. Photoshop is not install on that machine. You system does not Know Photoshop is available and no Image file extensions are associated with the Photoshop version  that moved its file onto this machine.
