Photoshop does not recognize new added Fast SSD drive as work disk

I have added on the MB of my new desktop a  high speed SSD(Samsung 980Pro : Read: 6900MB/s-Write : 5000MB/s  Gen4M.2 slot)
But I can not allocate this disk in Photoshop as "workdisk " (preferences-Workdisk) , this new disk is not vissible as potential workdisk 
system: Win10

Yes, it was visible in Windows but not in Photoshop
Problem solved:
In the properties-Security-Edit of the disk: autorisation given to all users.
Now the disk is visible in Photoshop
