Photoshop dosn`t work correct any more after upgrade Windows 10 Home to Windows 10 Pro

I upgraded my system vera properly and all system work without photoshop dosn`t work. It starts the pictures apear thats all. how to make Photoshop Windows10 Pro capable?

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop. Would you mind sharing the version of Photoshop you're using? Are you getting an error or prompt while working on Photoshop? What happens when you try editing the images?

Please ensure you have all available Windows updates installed on the computer along with the latest drivers for your computers graphics card.

If you're using the latest version of Photoshop (2021), you can try uninstalling the apps including the Creative Cloud desktop app using Creative Cloud cleaner tool & then re-install them.
