Photoshop download with wrong language

When installing photoshop on IPad it opens in French.

have tried to alter between English and Norwegian in Creative Cloud settings,  Deleted Ps between each time but no change.

any suggestions to solve the problem?

Hi,

If you set “Settings / General / Language & Rgion / iPad Language” of the iPad to English, you can use Photoshop on iPad in English.
No need to reinstall.

However, even if the language is "Norsk bokmål", Photoshop remains English.
