Photoshop error

I bought a computer and I am paying for creative cloud and I downloaded photoshop but I'm having issues with it. Once downloaded it don't open and keeps giving me errors. I've also tried to download older version but still same errors. Can someone help me please I really need it to work as soon as possible.
