Photoshop Filter UI not loading

I'm using Photoshop CC 2019 on MacOS Big Sur and the filter window dont show information, just black screen.
Have anyone meet this error and know how to fix this?

I try with the CC 2015 but still got that problem.

Hardware is iMac 2019:

Processor Name: 6-Core Intel Core i5

Processor Speed: 3 GHz

Ram: 8Gb

Graphic: Radeon Pro 570X 4Gb
