When I select an area to scale and move, Photoshop 2021 makes a weird floating effect. After resizing and releasing the selection or layer, continues moving for a few second, as if it were floating with some inertia do to the original movement I made when resizing. For this reason, placing elements in their exact position has become very difficult. There's a way to deactivate this "floating" effect"? I'm working with the 2020 version to avoid this problem.
Thanks for your fast response. This is exactly what happens:
I made a selection with any tool (wand, lasso, marquee). I press command+t to activate free transform I resize the selection, release the object Then the selection begin to move on their own in the direction I've used to resize
