Photoshop freezes the crashes on Macbook Air M1

I have been experiencing freezes, which lead to crashes while working in Photoshop on my Macbook Air M1. I understand that it does not run natively, rather it is running through Apple's Rosetta 2 tech, but was hoping there might still be a possible solution to this issue. Thanks a lot!

I get a crash every time I try to resize a JPEG on both M1 Mac Mini and M1 Macbook Air. Very irritating. OS 11.2.3 and PS 22.3.0. I just hope this is a Rosetta 2 issue and will be sorted when native versions of PS are released.
