Photoshop freezes when activating the cutter in release 22.3

When I activate the cutter, the program stops and I have to force it to close.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Photoshop but got no results. Can someone help me? I have to work. Thank you

What is the "cutter"?

What operating system are you using?

Is it the Crop tool perhaps?  What function does what you are referring to as the 'cutter' perform?

Typically, issues like that indicate problems with your operating system. How old is your computer, and how long since the operating system was last installed?  Open Photoshop and go Help > System Info > Copy and paste to this thread.  That will tell us about your system.
