Hi,

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop while using Photomerge. You can try disabling the option to Use Graphics Processor from Photoshop by going to Preferences, then Performance. Once done, quit & relaunch Photoshop to check if that helps.

If it helps, you can check out the steps suggested here: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/troubleshoot-gpu-graphics-card.html

If the issue persists, you can try to reset the preferences of Photoshop using the steps mentioned here: https://adobe.ly/2Qzc0K3

Please backup your settings prior to resetting the preferences. You can check: https://adobe.ly/2vNz6FG

Let us know how it goes!

Regards,

Nikunj

Thank you for your answer but it does not work.

When I lick on AUTOMATION/ PHOTO MERGE, photoshop stil freezes. THe only way to leave is to launch the task manager app of windows and stop PS.

ANd it is the same when I click on HELP/SYSTEM Informations

One other thing : I am surprise to find 'Node.js : server-side Javascript in the task manager (see the screen capture).

Thank you for your help
