Photoshop freezing

Photoshop 21.1.3

(PC,  Windows 10 Pro 1903, 16GB RAM) Since the latest Photoshop update 21.1.3, the app keeps  crashing at random moments (cropping, typing, selecting) and It just freezes. Can't save, can't exit the program, manager says it's not responding and the RAM spikes.
