I had to close and reopen my document for a simple photo collage with a couple of level and color adjustments I should be able to do this in under fifteen minutes but it took hours because PS would slow down whenever I added a filter and it wasn't a usual freeze because I had so many documents on it. It didn't even let me save my file without clicking a thousand times or waiting for minutes... What could be the issue here?

LATEST

This is a widely reported issue with the 22.3X releases and mid-range graphics cards.

Check your Preferences/Performance settings - is PS recognizing your graphics card?

You can install a previous version of the software to avoid this until a fix is supplied.
