Photoshop Home screen not loading and stays totally black on Windows 10

Hello, 

My Photoshop home screen isn't showing up when I open it, I tried turning on Auto Home Screen but it doesn't work. It is not completely black but it's still not completely showing up. See for yourself...

Sorry that the Home Screen in Photoshop is showing up blank. That is not a usual experience, let us help make it right.

Which exact version of  Photoshop are you using? Check under Help> System info menu.
