Everytime I try to start Photoshop the crash report immediately appears.

I tried reinstalling but it didnt work. All the other Adobe programmes are working fine.

I never had this problem, it appeared yesterday.

If anyone can help, I would be very thankful!

Hi, have you tried uninstalling the program via Creative Cloud Cleaner tool?

I tried it right now. Same problem. After 10 Seconds Photoshop crashes.

That's no fun.

What OS do you have? If it's Windows 7, chances are your problem is the same as this one.

It's Windows 7, yes. And api-ms-win-core-libraryloader-l1-2-0.dll also is missing. So buying Windows 10 would probably be the best solution? Then it should work again, right?

I'm afraid I cannot answer this question. Upgrading to Win 10 will likely cause Creative Cloud to update Photoshop to v22.1 anyway (which may or may not have its own problems and may or may not retain the problem you're experiencing now, since we don't know what it is). api-ms-win-core-libraryloader-l1-1-0.dll is a hidden file in C:\Windows\system32; l1-2-0.dll shouldn't exist in Windows 7 if my understanding is correct (so its absence by itself is not a problem; in the topic referenced above the problem was that Photoshop tried to access it anyway for whatever reason).

now I've downgraded to Photoshop V 20.0.1 and it works again.
