Photoshop is not working properly

Have big issues using Photoshop for the last two days and finally yesterday night stop working at all, just I can’t open the program, I tried uninstalling and installing but nothing. And Premier seems to be not responsive anymore, it slows down my work for days!

What are the complete computer specs, including hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, and how full)?

Have you tried reseting your Photoshop Tools and Preferences?
