my bike is stolen and i have cctv footage .....kindly help me in deblurring the license plate of thief car....plz plz
My suggestion would be to turn this image over to the police. There may be privacy laws regarding personal information such as license plates, and nobody here has a way to verify your story.

CCTV isn't usually good enough for that. Magic software to make things visible, which we see on TV, is just fiction. We get many requests, but can never help. Still, post the very best still you can and someone may be able to say for sure.

As mentioned, post the best quality still frame from the CCTV and we'll see what we can do.
We literally can't help or advise without an image to go from.

Just copy and paste the image into your post, but you have to use a computer and not a cell phone. As mentioned above, the quality is rarely sufficient to be able to read the plate.

Data protection regulations forbid users to publish identifying information on this forum without the permission of the subject. You obviously do not have that permission, so you must not upload any images. Evidentially, any image that has been 'improved' by some random guy on a forum is inadmissible. Hand the footage to the police.
