I've had a problem with PS for quite a while now, however as I'm using it a lot more at the moment it's becoming increasingly frustrating.
The situation is: I'll be working on a document (jpg, psd, it doesn't seem to matter), when suddenly the image I'm working on will freeze, i.e. remain static, regardless of my trying to scroll, zoom or pan around the image. The zoom will say it's zooming in and out (i.e. the '@****%' in the file window will change as I scroll to zoom in and out), but the image remains completely fixed. The only solution is to save, close and reopen the file and hope it doesn't happen again, which, needless to say, is completely unacceptable. It might be worth pointing out that other documents I have open in PS are completely fine when this happens, so it's just an isolated issue for the document I'm working on.
Is this a problem with my machine or with the software itself? I'm running the most recent version (22.4.2)
Many thanks in advance,
