Hello, my issue is in the title.

I am sooo sick of this it's a loss of time and above all it's reaally ANNOYING.
I guess there is nothing to do but if someone has the solution it would help me keeping my sanity.

Hi

Don't have a fix, but you can backup your settings

If the update is a new level of Photoshop like you have cc 2019 and the Update install 2020 you will have two version of Photoshop Installed and you need to migrate you 2019 preferences into your new 2020 preferences.  However if the update is a dot update like 21.1.3 to 21.2 your Photoshop 2020 preferences should not be touched.  However, that does not mean Photoshop will work the same or well,    For example in the 21.1 update Adobe broke Photoshop WinTab support.  If you added the PSUserConfig.txt file to you Preferences to use WinTab you had to remove that preference and configure your Wacom tablet driver to use Windows Ink with Photoshop.  In the 21.2 Update Adobe broke Legacy Composting If you had that checked in your Photoshop Preferences you will have to remove the check mark.  In the same Preferences Performance area in 21.2 you may see the Photoshop did not detect you graphic Adapters GPU so  some tools like Rotate and features like 3D will not work in Photoshop 2020 you need to remover the 21.2 update  install version 21.1.3. Then your old current preferences will work correctly.
