Photoshop looks like Lightroom

I downloaded Photoshop and Lightroom for the desktop computer. I got the $10 a month plan. When I open Photoshop it does not look like Photoshop, it looks very similar to Lightroom and does not have the tools and features of Photoshop. I have watched tutorials and it's not the same. I was very skilled in Photoshop many many versions ago in the 90s and 2000s. It says "Ps" and "welcome to Photoshop" but something isn't right.
