Photoshop not saving changes to file

Hi, I'm having a problem with PhotoShop, it doesn't save my changes to my files. What can I do, thanks.

What version of Photoshop are you working with? If you're not on version 20.0.7 could you try updating Photoshop via the Creative Cloud desktop app and see if it helps?

Also, does it happen with every format or some specific format?
