Photoshop not using graphics card.

Last week I got an error on opening Photoshop and since then the Graphics Card info under Preferences is greyed out.

I have updated everything but it's still greyed out.

Windows 10 Pro - OS Build 19041.572

AMD Fire Pro 4100 

Driver 27.20.1027.2005

Error found by by The GPU Sniffer crashed on 27/10/2020 at 00:07:41

Hi if Photoshop 2020 is working fine for you then wait for some new driver update otherwise your graphics card is not supported now with 2021 version....regards

Welcome to the club. I have a Firepro 4900 and have been dealing sith the undetected GPU thing for months. Adobe broke it after 21.1.3, and decided, "We're not going to fix it. Buy a new graphics card".

Yes, that is Adobe's official answer. Buy a new graphics card.I don't recall any advance notice that this was imminent. I knew it would happen sometime, but springing it on us like this is pretty bush league.
