Photoshop on Windows

Hello, I have a problem with the latest versions of Photoshop. They don't work on my windows.
Is there an older version that I can download to use the program?

If you have Windows 10, the latest versions of Photoshop should work. 

Creative Cloud subscription does not include versions of Photoshop that are compatible with earlier version of Windows OS.

You can download previous versions from Pro Design Tools,

You'll need a serial number.
