Photoshop opens up blank & no "Save As" or "Open New" working

Hi,

Since the last update photoshop is blank when I open the home workspace, and now the "open new" document doesn't work and the "save as" option does nothing. I've been connected remoteley to an expert and still no idea what's wrong.  Cheers Liam

Hi Liam. A few things you could try if you haven't already...

1. Resetting the Photoshop Preferences.
2. Uninstalling and reinstalling Photoshop via the Creative Cloud app.
3. Installing an earlier version of Photoshop via the Creative Cloud app and seeing if the problem also exists in that version. Multiple versions of Photoshop can be simultaneously installed.
