hello, for two days now I have been waiting for an answer about the error why my photoshop does not work, I send a report every day, but nothing changes, I cannot work in photoshop, I have a Mac and other programs like bridge and lightroom working
this error appeared after version update 22.3.1
What have you done for all-purpose trouble-shooting so far?
Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:
Please give us more informations including the following :
Adobe product and version number
Operating system and version number
The full text of any error message (s)
What you were doing when the problem occurred
Screenshots of the problem and/or error messages
Computer hardware, such as CPU; GPU; the amount of RAM; etc
To insert screenshots, please use the "Insert Photos" icon in the toolbar, so that we don't have to download them.
Please notice that this forum here is a public forum and not the Adobe support. We're all normal users as you are.
Adobe monitored this forum only rarely. And we don't get any crash reports that was send through the application.
What Mac do you have? what OS are you using? I do know that there was an outage yesterday that made it hard to log in.
