photoshop problems

I am currently running windows 7 pro SP1 and I have ordered a new computer with windows 10, however I need to use my photoshop now on win 7, and it will not download any version of product?? I am paid up and frustrated!

When I try to install Photoshop it says installation failed! No matter
which version I try to install?

What size is your hard drive(s) and how full?

Thank you for your help, however I noticed that I had changed the location for downloading of the new PS, and when I corrected that I was able to download just fine!  Pilot error..
