hello,

I have problems using the "export as" function in the photoshop CC 2017 version.

When I try to use the export as function the frame doesn't open and the screen just freezes.

Can anyone help me?

Thanks in advance.

Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift (Windows) or Option+Command+Shift (Mac OS) as you start Photoshop. You are prompted to delete the current settings. The new preferences files are created the next time you start Photoshop.~Akash

Please provide more information. What is your Operating system?

  • What is your Operating system?

Are you able to reproduce the same issue with a different document?

Hi Akash, thanks a lot ... now the export function is working again. It not so fine that the prefs have to be deleted. But that is the price 🙂 Best regards, Alex

I had to do the exact same thing this morning. How random that we both had that exact same 'export as' error. Very frustrating that I had to delete my preferences, but at least I can continue my workflow.
