Photoshop Raw issue with using features to pre correct photographs

Ive recently updated to Big Sur,  when I rebuilt my Mac Pro, it as 64 GB Memory and 1TB of storage.

Since these changes, I have had this huge lag when I am editing in the Photo Raw software before going into photoshop-- to the point that it will only do one thing at a time really slowly - even a colour correction. Then it has a real spaz and throws up this box everywhere.

Has anyone else had this issue? I haven't seen any other feeds on it.

Have you tried setting

Photoshop > Preferences > Camera Raw > Performance > Use Graphics Processor > None 

and restarting?
