Photoshop says I need to buy it again

I am trying to open a file to edit on Photoshop but it won't let me. It says my photoshop account has been terminated and I need to buy it in order to use it. I am on a student subscription so it's around $10 a month for me. I checked my bank account and it says that my payment has gone through this month so I don't know why it won't let me open photoshop. Any help would be great!

If you still need help, contact Adobe Customer Care: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html 
Click the chat icon in the lower right and type "agent".

 

If a scammer PMs you pretending to be Adobe, click the Report button and do not reply.

Hi Jane,

     Adobe is telling me that I need to buy photoshop again but is still charging my account each month. I have tried finding an email or phone number but cannot find one. I tried going to the agent messaging site that you sent me but that didn't work. And I tried to even unsubscribe to my photoshop subscription but wasn't able to find a way to do that. I would really appreciate some help or a number/email I could use to get my account working again.

We are volunteers on this forum and cannot help with billing. Only Adobe Customer Service can do that.

 

What happened when you went to : https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html , clicked the chat icon in the lower right and typed "agent" to get a human? "That didn't work" is a bit vague.

 

Did you sign out of Creative Cloud and sign back in? Are you certain you are using the same Adobe ID that you used to sign up?

 

What happens when you try each of the steps here?
