Photoshop 2021 V 22.2 et 2020 21.2.5

Bonjour,

C’est mon premier contact avec le service d’entraide pour Photoshop.

Je demande votre indulgence si ma demande n’est pas conforme aux règles de ce service, je vous prie de m’en excuser. Ma déficience visuelle ne me permet pas de pouvoir lire des pages de questions réponses. Merci d’avance pour votre aide.

Depuis quelque temps Photoshop 2021 se fige au démarrage ou en cours de travail. Aucune possibilité de le relancer ou d’utiliser l’ordinateur, seule la commande « RESET » fonctionne.

Comment puis-je réinstaller Photoshop 2021 sans perdre tous mes réglages : pinceaux dégradés motifs styles et autres, une sauvegarde de ces réglages est-elle possible.

Lorsque Photoshop se fige en cours de travail j’ai un message m’informant que le processeur graphique a été arrêté. Ce message d’erreur a été adressé à Adobe par le système mais j’attends toujours une réponse. Seule solution « Reset ».

Les mêmes problèmes se posent avec « Caméra RAW ».

Il semblerait que Photoshop n’aime pas les fichiers RAW créés par un iPhone 12 pro Max peut-être à cause de leur taille moyenne de 37.7 Mo (39 561 512 octets) pour une image DGN.

Mais je n’ai rien trouvé qui confirme cette possibilité sauf éventuellement convertir un fichier DGN en RAW ?

Dernier petit problème lorsque je veux ouvrir une photo par clic droit « ouvrir avec » Photoshop 2021 a disparu et seul Photoshop 2020 apparaît comment rétablir cette anomalie j’ai essayé ce que j’ai pu trouvé sur le net mais rien n’a résolu le problème.

We're sorry about the trouble due to Photoshop freezing on launch. Please ensure you have all available Windows updates installed on the computer along with the latest drivers for your computers graphics card (the Gefroce RTX 2060).

Merci pour votre réponse.
je vous confirme que Windows 10 est à jour.
Je viens de mettre à jour le dernier pilote de la carte Graphique GeForce GTX 2060 pilote numéro 461.40 du 26 janvier 2021.
Cependant je n'arrive pas à sauvegarder mes paramètres qui apparaissent comme des paramètres personnels mais non prédéfinis.
Que se passe-t-il si je désinstalle Photoshop 2021 et le réinstalle ensuite je perds tout je pense.

Toutes ces manipulations sont difficiles à faire avec une vue déficiente.
