photoshop stratch disk/crashes

hello to anyone that can help, yesturday my photoshop was suffering from the stratch disks error pop-up that i happened to fix today but now when i start a new file now it just says saving only 10% and just comes up with a "we have encoutered an error" mesage meanwhile for the stratch disks issue checked off both my main hard dirve and a external drive by doing edit> perfencnes> stratch disks and now im not getting the stratch disks are full message but now it wont even save any newly made file to my computer. pls help
