My Name is Steven lash San Diego, I have been using Dell laptop N4030 for many years, While I'm trying to start the Photoshop it usually takes more time as compare to others software, Is this happening due to my laptop or anything else.
It's simply a slow computer by today's standards and it doesn't help that graphics processing programs require lots of memory, GPU support and in case of PS a reasonably fast disk for creating swap files. It's simply taking forever to organize those limited resources on your system and nothing you can change.
