Photoshop trial login issue

comprei o PS mas não consigo logar minha conta, estou usando o modo gratuito de 7 dias e estão me pedindo para fazer a compra mais uma vez. Parece que estava logado em outro email quando baixou, o que devo fazer?

Hi there,

Have you tried signing out and try signing in witha  different email and see if it helps?
What version of Photoshop and operating system are you using?

Use the email you registered when you purchased.

Log out of the current email and then log back in with the correct one.
